Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

To start a return, please email us at apparelknip@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.

 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges
Need a different size or item? Contact us at apparelknip@gmail.com within 14 days to request an exchange.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your item is out of stock, we’ll offer you a refund.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at [your@email.com] with your order number and photos.

We will resolve the issue quickly by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
